Help Menu

The Help Menu is used to access additional support resources and information about GearConnect.

Changelog

This will notify you when there are new updates to GearConnect and what has changed in the latest version. You can click on More Details in the sub menu to read all changelogs, including smaller updates that we don’t notify you about.

Plans

This will take you to the Plans Page where you can see the different plans available for GearConnect. You can also upgrade or downgrade your plan from this page.

Keyboard Shortcuts

This will open a dialog with all the keyboard shortcuts and other useful controls for GearConnect.

Documentation

Opens this documentation site inside of the app. You can click on the Open in a new tab button to open the documentation site in a new browser tab.

Request Library Item

This will open your default email client with a new email to our support team. It will have a template for you to fill out which will include:

  • Name (or product range)
  • Manufacturer
  • Documentation URL(s)
  • Additional Information

Contact Support

This will open your default email client with a new email to our support team. It will have a template for you to fill out which will include an area for you to describe your issue or question.

About

This will open a dialog with information about GearConnect including the version and build number, and other useful information.
