Library Port Updates

USB Update: To simplify drawings, dedicated USB 3.0 port types (e.g., USB-A 3.0) have been removed. USB versions are now handled as Signal Types. You can select a physical port (e.g., USB-A) and then specify the signal it carries (e.g., USB 3.2) to allow greater flexibility to mix and match ports.

All existing projects will be migrated to the new USB structure when the project is next opened.
